Will Blomker is an NYC based beverage and food stylist who works everywhere.
Please reach out to Jennifer at Stone Represents for inquiries.
Will started tending bar in Wisconsin at the young, but not culturally inappropriate, age of 14. In college he was behind the stick at some of the finest establishments Madison had to offer: L’Etoile (James Beard Award winner), The Opera House, Maduro Cigar Bar and Opus Lounge.
Moving to New York City allowed him to work with some of the finest bar owners and restaurateurs in the world. Those establishments included Tabla, Alder, Frankies 457, Bā’sik and many more. As a chef he worked for 6 years at Sub/Zero Wolf appliances in their Manhattan, New Jersey and Long Island showrooms making delicious, beautiful creations for corporate partners, clients and consumers.
As a beverage and food stylist Will has created looks for The New Yorker, Ketel One, Bailey’s, Fever Tree, Tanqueray, Casa Dragones, Don Julio, Chartreuse, Knob Creek, Ford’s Gin, Lagavulin, Mr. Black, Rittenhouse, Seedlip, Elijah Craig, Waterloo, Casa Noble, Astral, Jose Cuervo, Betty Buzz and Bacardi, among many others. He loves the creative collaboration on these jobs and prides himself on being attuned to the needs of the client and, at the same time, working in good humor.
